WHY KOGA
KOGA has been providing premium quality bikes and service since 1974. Designed and handbuilt in the Netherlands. Through its active connection with cycling, KOGA is able to transform its knowledge, passion and dedication into superior products for every cycling enthusiast.
DESIGNED BY BICYCLE DESIGN EXPERTS
Our designers and engineers are experts in their fields. They are wild about cycling themselves and can translate consumer needs into cutting-edge products and solutions.
This results in electric bikes that are comfortable and sporty, city & touring bikes that you can also ride long distances with ease, versatile race and gravel bikes for sports enthusiasts, and trekking bikes that are known all over the world.
LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN, WITH ROOTS IN CYCLING
Through our collaboration with professional cycling teams, we are able to perfect our bikes to perfection. Our bikes are exceptionally light and smoothly finished, thanks to the seamless integration of components and parts, taking professional cyclists to the world's top.
One example is the KOGA Kinsei; the track bike that won Gold at the Tokyo Olympics. Check out the Kinsei track bike here.
HANDCRAFTED BY ONE DEDICATED MASTER MECHANIC
An essential part of our high-quality production process is the craftsmanship of our mechanics. Every KOGA bike is made in Heerenveen and assembled by one mechanic by hand. We select and train our professionals based on their skills and eye for detail. The result is a bicycle tailored to the wishes of bicycle connoisseurs. Every KOGA bike comes with a bike passport with the name and photo of the master mechanic who built your bike.
ALL ABOUT PERFECTION
Every frame, component and part is designed to function as one seamless whole. This holistic approach results in high-quality bikes optimised down to the smallest details. Our bikes not only boast superior handling with optimal comfort and maximum control, but also look sleek and trendy. The best of both worlds.

All new bikes are intensively tested under real conditions of use. This means that every KOGA bike that leaves our factory is 100% tested, checked and functions perfectly.
This has brought nice recognition. KOGA bikes have been rated as very reliable on several occasions. Read more about the awards KOGA bikes have received here.

Experience KOGA
In 1974, more time for leisure came with the advent of a shortened working week. To capitalise on this trend, KOGA was introduced as a new player in the market. Andries Gaastra, former sales director at Batavus, started KOGA B.V. in Heerenveen when father Gerrit sold the Batavus company. He merged the first letters of his wife Marion Kowallik's surname with those of his own to form the brand name KOGA.
With KOGA Signature, you configure your own bike based on your wants and needs. You choose the frame, colour and parts, and you can even personalise it with your name or a text. Within the Signature range, you can choose from an E-WorldTraveller-S, a WorldTraveller-S or a GrandTourer-S. One person builds one bike so he can give care and attention to your bike and guarantee quality and durability. After ordering your KOGA Signature, the bike will be ready at your dealer within 6 weeks in the desired colour, size and finish.
Over the past few years, the KOGA Kinsei track bike has been developed. Together with the KNWU, TU Delft, Actiflow and Pontis Engineering, KOGA has designed this ultimate track bike. The result is a track bike that is even more aerodynamic, even stiffer and even faster than its predecessor. Day in, day out, the riders train for one goal: gold at the Olympics. On the new KOGA track bike, they live the adventure and put more than 100% effort into the races.
