You can find the instruction manual for your bike on the KOGA website under instruction manuals.

You’ll find the frame number on a sticker near the bottom bracket, by the barcode or on the docu-ments, such as the invoice, that were handed to you when you bought your bike. KOGA frame num-bers consist of two letters followed by a 7-digit series of numbers.

We hope of course that you have a fantastic experience with your new KOGA bike. Nevertheless, we are open to any complaints or feedback you may have. Your KOGA dealer is the point of contact if you have any complaints about your bike. If the dealer cannot resolve the issue, he or she will get in touch with our Dealer Support department.
